SCO's shares dropped another 19% (I can't believe they actually still could drop -- haven't they hit rock bottom yet?)

You would think that all SCO's claims would be dismissed because of " out of timeliness " even IF their claims would have been legitimate years ago.
I don't think RedHat had a choice in filing, but I think they should go after the lawyers PERSONALLY who filled the suit in the first place as they should have known better ( or are Lawyers they like wethermen who get paid to be wrong most of the time? I was under the assumption that Federal Court Rules said otherwise )
