Ok here is the deal , I was just messing around typing some things in command. Then I typed in the word "cipher". And well behold I got a least of encryted files or something. Should this happen when I type that in or do I have a glitch or something? And what should I do with a list like this ?
Cipher is the command for encrypting files. It is the command-line equivelent of (right click-properties-advanced-encrypt). It's a nice little tool actually.

Has a little info on it... most of which you can get right a the command prompt...
If you ever have to recover a file... you will need to use the command prompt as the GUI won't do it for ya... :( (just a FYI) Don't forget to export they key and store it in a safe place...

Im not sure if this is right or not but what you are saying is that I can hide files using the command "cipher". Sorry but I need help I can't really get the concept.

you can't "hide" files, but you can encrypt them
if another user finds your files, they won't be able to access them (access denied) and you will need to logon for them to read them. just be careful, because if your system crashes... your key will be different and you won't be able to access your data. thats why it is important to export your certificate.
If you don't know how encryption works... time to search google
