I used to get these type of pop-ups and all i did was used Ad-ware to get rid of it. Now I am getting it and dont know how to take it out. here is the pop-up

start-->run-->services.msc scroll down till you see Messenger.
right click on it. Select properties. then where it says startup type select disable.
That should stop it for you.
I am still getting these pop-ups
