Seeing a lot of hits for port 15353 on my logs lately. Nothing comes up in a search here or on google. Anyone seen this port request before?

Never seen it for a specific program, but it could be a non-standard port used by anything from an IM program (e.g. ICQ, which allows you to customise what port it uses) to a malicious trojan.

ACK. Sometimes you overlook the most obvious steps.
Apon doing a check on the few addresses they are coming in from, I discovered that its coming from www.dynip.com... the service I use to point people to my servers, with a dynamic IP address. I feel so damn stupid I could just disappear.
well at least I googled first :P
