Well... the thing is, what's the type of the file that's accountable of being infected by the virus(through KAZAA or K++, well.. the same..)...
can the movie files or mp3 files be infected by virus?(or trojan perhaps)

Well you name it, man. As long as it has, holds, or runs, commands or executable data then it could be or become a form of maleware. Also if your talking about a specific virus then which one? What does it do? Which file name and exstentions does it have or make?
There are lots of file types that can be responsible for the spread of viruses through P2P networks like KaZaA. You should do a web search to find out more about them.

Any file with executable code can be potentially exploited to become malicious. Many types of files such as Java files and the like, the programs that execute such files have built in protection against malicious code, but unfortunately, there are always ways around these precautions
