SYS recovery with XP

I am running Win xp and cant find a way to turn off system recovery, can any one help me please?

Yep :

Right click on My Computer and choose Properties then click on the System Restore tab and check the Turn off System Restore box. Then OK it!!

I presume that by system recovery you meant system restore?

O that easy eh? Dont I feel stupid!
I did mean sys restore too!
