Well, it's been appearing on various mailing lists and I found it here. I'm quite sure it's not by the same group that did 61 and earlier. But some of the stuff is interesting and it might be worthwhile for curiosity sake and for discussion.

So fake but still interesting take on some items.
A well done fake it links to a phrack.nl site not the .org site.
It has a more sinster message especaly for those in computer security not (that it is a threat.)
but the author seems to not like anybody that works to keep the internet usable.
