I have had extensive difficulty reaching many sites today. I was curious if anyone knows what is going on. Is the hurricane having an effect on east coast sites or is this a result of the recent email virus W32/Swen@MM? I also noticed that a business site we use occasionally is experiencing a "Denial of Service" attack.

I have had difficulty mostly reaching government sites that I know are located on the east coast. The problems have been intermittent, most of them occured this morning (pacific time).
I was wondering about Hurricane Isabel as I was told that it shut down several government sites at the end of last week.
