what os are you running?
what type of connection do you have?
are you just dumb? (thats a joke)
please provide as much detail as you can about your problem.

What hardware are you using?
What software are you using?
What happens when you try to connect?
Can you get through to your service provider?
Do you get any error messages?

I am afraid we need a lot more information. There are millions of reasons why you might have a problem, we need to narrow them down.
