Are people really this "stupid"????

Another Dell customer called to say he couldn't get his computer to Fax anything. After 40 minutes of failed problem solving is was discovered the man was trying to fax a piece of paper by holding it in front of the monitor screen and hitting the "send" key.

What a dumbass

I"ve heard that before, and everytime i hear it again, i just get more astounded that in this age of technology, that people still think it works that way. Of course, i could be just reading the same one over and over...in that case, it's still pretty dumb thou :)

This brings to mind the many reports of people not being able to find the "Any Key". Dell, Compaq, HP, all have reported people asking this....

Really makes you wonder at the average intelligence.....
