g2++.h and g2_x11++.h

Hello folks,

I cannot seem to find the g2++ and g2_x11++.h files ANYWHERE. I have found many good tutorials that use them, but I can't seem to find the libraries anywhere for download. I've tried Google, I've tried sourceforge--everything else I could think of--to no avail!

Could somebody please help?
