Worried?
For any of you Sygate users out there worried about being *accidentally* charged by the RIAA, you could always add this fat list (from Peer Guardian) to your block range. I was surfing another board when I saw this link posted. Just thought I might share it with you guys. Hopefully no one has already here. This way you don't actually have to run (PG).
A little warning though: if you add this list to Sygate it will load a little slower. Also, I have noticed from turning on the Record this traffic in "packet log" feature that it is blocking a handful of p0rn sites too. Don't ask me what I did to acquire that information though. :)
Here is the list for you Sygate users.
Also, here is a link that tells who some these ip's actually belong to.

Is Sygate a program like Kazaa, or a chat client like mIRC? I'm surprised I haven't heard of it; you make it seem pretty well known.

No, Sygate is a firewall. You can obtain a free copy just about anywhere. Go to www.webattack.com to pick up a copy if you'd like.
