Now I need to get Windows 2k installed, but it won't run the CD. Is there anyway I can initiate setup another way, or is htere something else I need to do?

You need to change your BIOS to make it boot from cd. At boot, try pressing any of these until you get to an options menu: Delete, F1, F2, F8. I don't know the others, maybe try escape, and there should be an option for what boots first, change it to cdrom, and it should boot. Try to remember the settings or write them down so you can change them back when you're done. Hope this helped.
It only allows me to choose Floppy drive first or Hard Drive first...there is no option for CD-ROM. I do have one, but there is no option for it in the BIOS
I don't have my Win2K disk here to check, but there is a routine on the CD at d:\bootdisk\makeboot to help you out.

Thanks guys for helping. Especially rapier, I'm glad you told me I could've made a bootdisk for this, I was afraid I'd be up all night doing this.
