How many people actually read the EULA? People assume that this **** is illegal. Let this be a reality check - it isn't. Nothing is illegal if you agree to it (almost). If anybody actually read the EULA's for programs like Kazaa they would never use them.Quote:

By not reading these agreements, people are turning the Internet into a huge information gathering machine with the sole purpose of destroying what little privacy you have left in this world.
Ebay has existed for what, 3 years now, and this is the first group to find out about this clause? Meaning not one person in 3 years has read all of Ebay's service agreement? This is a sad state of affairs.
