I am attempting to set up phpbb on my site but I don't understand where it says to input my database name and database user name and password. What should be placed there? Thanks.

Does your webhost provide you a mysql database ?
Does your webhost even support mysql ?

As Shrekkie said, you need a database to run PHPBB. Most host don't provide SQL unless you paid for it. Good Luck,,
