Do anyone of you own a webhost or knows of someone who does, I am looking for one of the following: .net, .org, .com, .us, or .gov. So will someone please help me....

also not wishing to spoil your day but you won't get
.net, .org, .com, .us, for free as they are all top level domains
and you certainly won't get .gov as thats reserved for the US government
and in order for someone to sponser you they would want to know what you're intending on doing with the site.
Your best bet IMHO is to get a free host (see above or if your ISP provides webspace then use that) and put your website on that - when you have some dollars buy a domain name - they aren't expensive - about $30 for two years for a org, net or com and have it redirect to your real URL (or get someone with a credit card to purchase it for you and pay them back)

I USED http://megawebspace.co.uk/ for my webhosting but they are always down. Plus in order for your website to stay up you have to answer these 5 page long surveys. But they offer the best free webhosting around.

Well, if you want PHP hosting, this has a very small list of some free ones: http://www.free-php-web-hosting.com/ along with some information about each one.
