Windows 2003 Drivers

Hello evrybody,
I have a kinda stupid question. I just got a Win 2003 Server pack and before i install it i want to ask if anyone knows whats going on with the Drivers. Will WinXP or Win2000 drivers do the job, anyone had a problem with it....

We recently installed Win2003 servers, and needed extra SCSI drivers for RAID. On the disk were no 2003 drivers, just WinXP. We tried those, and the server works fine.
I'd go with XP if you really can't find supported Win2003 drivers.
