Not sure if Hping has a port but I know nemesis does...

This is so mutch better than hping anyways from what I can see. I knew of the tool, I never realized what it did. Thanks alot.

If you or anyone else is interested you can pick up hping2 for windows at http://packetsurge.com/main.php?surge=downloads. This was ported over by one of our members (syrrus). Any feedback on it would be much apreciated as it has not been fully tested. Enjoy =)

Win2K and XP come close but are still lacking certain functionality.
