Fedora Core 2 upgrade
Just in case anyone was thinking of upgrading to Core 2 w/o using media of any sort, I just did it with surprising ease.
1) Edit the sources file in /etc/sysconfig/rhn and simply change the paths to the fedora core 2 sites. In my case, I was on Core 1 so all I had to do is change the "1"s to "2"s
2) From a shell within Xwindows, up2date --upgrade-to-release=fedora-core-2-u
From here, a window pops up that shows you all the goodies and you simply pick them all and let it solve the dependencies and roll with the upgrade.
Anyway, just a quick FYI.

Strange, I tried this and it broke X and screwed up most of my drivers because it switched from the 2.4 to 2.6 kernel. But then I did use yum to update it.
