copy only certain file type

Hiya,

Ive got several folders that are full of images and movies from my digital camera, I want to copy these buit only the images and keep them in there respective folders. ive tried using the *.extension but this only looks in the root directory instead of all the folders within this.

I think this is easily done with a batch file, but was woundering if theres a simplier way of doing it..

ohh yea this is on windows

anyone got any ideas?

xcopy /s *.jpg c:\destination

I hope you are talking about Microsoft OS
