This kind of behavour has been going on for some time here in Australia, i've read numerous times of people getting arrested from trolling shopping centres, change room etc etc taking pictures with there phones then either uploading them to a site or swapping them with friends.
In reality it's about time that some sort of law is passed preventing these types of websites, and hopefully it will result in this problem stopping before it get's to far outta hand..
