cell phone programming

i have alot of useless cells. Is there any hope to find codes or reprograming

I've noticed 2600 magazine has had lots of articles on cell phone reprogramming as of late. If you look at http://www.2600.com you can look at the indices of past issues and see which phone reprogramming is explained. It is fairly easy to order a back issue if you need it, or ask around because maybe a friend has the issue you need. Good luck!
