I know there are crap loads of forums, on almost everything you can think of, but I would like to see, a forum on Misc. Computers. Not security, but Misc Computers. Where everything that isn't security related, can go.

I think that is a good idea. I have said that I would like to see a "software/problems" forum alongside the hardware and website ones.
At the moment these sorts of query go everywhere.
OK I accept that what something actually turns out to be can be quite different from what it is described as, but it would be nice to have a place to put these posts other than GCC.
