Boot Lag
hey,
I currently have windows 2000 and I've used it for about 1-2 months, and now when its loading my desktop it takes a while, and i read in a post saying to run msconfig and go to startup, but when i type msconfig in run it says that it cannot find it, so basically im asking to see if theres another way to access msconfig and go to start other than going to run and typing it in, like is there some prog that will be able to tweak windows 2000 pro sp4 so that it can reach its peak performance (that is free?)? lol. because i read that in msconfig you can choose progs you want to be run when your desktop loads and etc.
-Thanks

Try:

Xen, by Paul Brown.
Please read the instructions/tutorial...............think about your options.
And my advice is to leave the fonts alone :D
