AntiSniff Intruder Alert

When I scan my IP with this program I almost immediately get an intruder alert. When I say it was a false alarm it says that it is sure it was not a false alarm. My nic is a Linksys LNE100TX and doesn't support promiscious mode. Can someone tell me why this might be happening and what it could mean? The company web site doesn't have anything about the product on it and so I assume they don't want to be asked about it. Thanks.

I asume anti sniff is some sort of anti hack, scan and probe firewall thingy.

Your scanning your machine so technically you are an intruder !
