Shell.dll

pls. could someone tell what is the meaning of shel.dll file?

Im trying to install a program but suddenly an error came out and said

CANNOT FIND SHELL.DLL.

pls. guys post so I can install my new programs.

and I almost forgot after that error comes another error pop up CANT RUN 16-BIT WINDOWS PROGRAMS

Shell.dll provides the Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) drag and drop routines that Windows and other programs use

the first link there allows you to download it, that should correct your problems if placed in the correct place,

no offense dude but for the sake of 0.35 seconds it might of been an idea to use google first perhaps?
