guys i just to clear this out regarding my virtual memory.
Im having this error:
your system is low on virtual memory.
Windows increasing the size of your virtual memoery paging file.
During this process, memory requests for some application may be denied.
For more information see help.
Could someone explain this to me and give me a few details regarding this virtual memory any post guys

ah hell, google is full of these: you dont need our help on this issue ! And no im not saying just google this dont ask us, but this is too easy too google to not to !
Virtual memory is what your computer uses when it runs out of RAM to store temporary data too. (obviously its temporary on RAM). Windows XP (i believe XP) uses c:\pagefile.sys as its virtual memory .. so when it needs more memory because the RAM is not enough it writes to pagefile.sys. Pagefile.sys is the same as a Swap partition in linux.
quick dirty way to fix the problem
start --> shutdown --> restart
it will clear everything out and *poof* no more virtual memory problems --
you may have a leaky app running that is just KILLING your memory

1. How much RAM do you have?
2. How much unused space is there on your hard drive?
3. What operating system?
I think that djscribble may have a point when he says:

The default value is to allow Windows to manage this virtual memory for you, but sometimes you can get better results if you set the values manually.
Depending on your answers we can tell you how to "tweak" your system settings, or how to hunt down the application that is causing the memory leak.
