In the windows adressbook. Look for files with the .wab extension.

C:\Doccuments and settings\NAME\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook Express\Long string of letters and numbers
It's similar for 2000 and XP - consult google
To include it you go to OE and
File >> Import >> Main >> Outlook Express 6 >> ^^ That garbage above.
