Understading the PWDUMP generated password?

Any body please help me to understand the PWDUMP genrated passwords.

Or is there any software which can decrypt it to normal password.

PWDump provides you with the password hash..... It's encrypted. You need something like APWC or JTR to crack it.

As far as i know PwDump doesn't generate passwords, it only dumps the password-hashes (LanMan, NTLM) from NT-based boxes.

And as far as cracking these hashes, there are a few around, namely Cain&Abel, l0pthcrack, Rainbow ...
I'm not certain about the NTLMv2 hashes though ...

my personal reccomendation is using rainbowcrack if you are going to have to "crack" passwords a lot, but if you are just going to reset them then use this tool:
