i have a setup file on my computer for some stupid game one of my friends installed and it will not let me remove it. I try to delete it and it says it's being used by another program I tried booting up in safe mode and removing it but the same msg came up. Ne help?
Try getting WinPatrol from BillP Studios.
Use the start up and active tasks options to disable the start-up and kill any active process.

Apparently the "move on boot" utility does the job ;)
