Just a thought but have you tried searching

there seems to be a list of different drivers there, browse it and you might find it.

Hi jin~ do you know what make and model of modem it is?...................try looking in your hardware manager.
The driver is probably on one of the CDs that came with it........................................
You will probably find a lot of: ??????????......?????????????......?????????????
Well that is how my machine shows Korean, Vietnamese and the like.
It may cost you a six-pack, but at the worst try your local Korean Embassy............they are bound to have an IT support guy, and it is good PR/diplomacy?

hmm.... You can try Everest... It's software that tells you what hardware you have, etc... I would give you a link but I'm in a hurry, just use google.
