I want to backup all my bookmarks form the firefox browser. How does firefox stores them and which files are needed to be copied to make a backup.

You can export them from bookmark manager to your my documents as an HTML and later you can import. ;)

you have to go into Bookmark Manager and then choose export option... IE has the import and export buttons in the "file" menu unlike firefox which had only "import"
