At first glance I thought sure a new paint job go for it. But how the inside is a mess to I'd stay away from it :-p
I noticed that the link is for a car selling in (I think) Dublin, IE. That is why the steering wheel is on the right. However in the linked article for The Register, the images are shown to be in North Carolina. In the linked images there (even better by the way, with the scratches) the steering wheel is on the left!
