Maybe you can try LanSpeed or IPTraf. I also use Sniffer from network associates.

this will allow you to graphically see what services are being used and how much bandwidth they are using

You can also try IRIS . There is a trial version available too.

I always have been fond of MRTG
I use Airopeek for wireless and Airo* for wired. *=I forgot the name of the product. I'm thinking Aironet. There are torrents available.
MRTG is nice, but currently I prefer Cacti.
