Security update for MS Data access components (KB832483)...keeps asking me to update

Im running w2k sp4 and continue to get automatic updates asking me to install this update.
Ive installed it about 10 times so far but it keeps popping up in auto updates asking me to install, as though i havent already.
Anyone know what could be causing this or how to stop it?

What is the name of the install and what message does it give you?

Have you restarted your computer after install?

I have rebooted after the install.
