help with SoftICE 4.05

i got this SoftICE 4.05 software and hav a win xp os. i installed the setup provided for win NT..... there were 3 drivers in the pakage meant for win xp.
after i installed the software (without copyin the drivers to /system32/drivers) the softwarejust wudlnt run.
but after i copied the drivers to /system32/drivers and then run the software... my windows crashed!!!

i hav an intel pentium M processor (1.73 ghz)

need help!!!!
