A man walks into the doctors and says, " i've got an embarrassing problem."
"oh dear," replies the doctor, "whats wrong?"
"well explains the man, "i have got a piece of lettuce sticking out of my bottom and i just cant get rid of it."
"oh my." says the doc, "nurse! call an ambulance!"
"whats going on?" asks the man, looking worried.
"drop your trousers and bend over!" screams the doctor. "there's no time for messing around! do it now!"
panicking, the man does as he says.
"is it serious then? says the man
the doctor whips his brow and says," i'm afraid so......this,"
he says,pointing to the lettuce, "is just the tip of the iceberg." :eek:
