I have just heard on the morning radio (yes, some members are old enough to still use that medium:)) that India were beaten in the Cricket World Cup, currently being played in the West Indies............
They were beaten by the Republic of Ireland............... I guess the boyos were still running on aviation spirit from St. Paddys night?
Canada actually have a team there............ but not the USA as far as I know :D
I don't know if this reveals my ignorance, but I was actually surprised to find out that Scotland has a cricket team - having lived all my life in Scotland without hearing about them.

i have been for some reason having a keen interest in this team. Maybe i'm waiting for little green men to invade the field. Or maybe it's just the fact that they are causing such a stir and beatin' pretty known teams.
They are a good team to watch none the less.
i do wonder when they shall be playin' the australian team though.. ;)
only problem is that i dont know how to play this game. and even the scoring is i don know... so what to do...

nihil :- india beaten by bangladesh not by Ireland, india and ireland is not in a same group so they wont play match at this time,
still worldcup is going on and india have last chance to enter in super eight if they can win against srilanka on 23rd.
