i like crap cleaner. er.. ccleaner.
oops! forgot to mention that you should run your scans in safe mode
Crap Cleaner is OK, but run it before you scan..............all it does is flush some of the toilets where malware might hide. It doesn't detect anything ;)

try spybot search and destroy (google it) and also adaware (google it)
