It's a server message... Looks like IIS..
Okay - Now does anyone know how to fix this problem. I have no expierence in this so please bear with me :) We restarted the server yesterday if that means anything.
Thanks in advance
did you restart the server because of the error? Or did the error occure after the restart?
What exactly are you trying to access when you get that error?
Ill have to ask the other technican when they come in. However to my knowledge it happened after a number of restarts because there were problems installing some software.Quote:

A number of sites - downloading from our local extranet to searching for NVidia drivers.Quote:

Given it's a number of sites, I doubt it's the ISP then. It sounds like you've got a web filter of some sort blocking you...Do you have any sort of web filtering? What kind of router/firewall are you running behind?
It's probably your server. Since it's a number of sites, it looks like whatever kind of content your are trying to access is being explicitly denied by your server. If your trying to download drivers for SuperGizmo2k7 and they only come in the form of a self extracting executable (SuperGizmo2k7_win2k_xp.exe), but your server is configured not to allow .exe's to be accessed from the internet, then you will get that same error when trying to download from abc.com def.net and ghi.org, etc.
Whatever was installed on your proxy server might have been misconfigured or someone could have changed something to block an array of file extensions.
Could be Group Policy too...with locked down browser settings.

it cannot by web content filtering. There is another feature through the gatedefender hardware we are using.
I contacted out ISp and they say they are expierencing the same problem - somehow I think it is our side.
