From what I remember of permanent bans here on AO... you could talk someone else into logging back into the account and I always assumed they'd be added to the list aswell.
This site started to block anything with "nph-proxy" within the URL because of me. The thing is... not all web based proxys are going to have that. Secondly, I can just set my browser to block the page it tries to redirect me to anyway.
