Not exactly, nobody says it is Ukrainian government sponsored, or even that the people are Ukrainians. It just happens to be a place where you can avoid detection relatively easily, so long as you don't attack anything in the Ukraine.Quote:

Hey, you know it makes sense as well?.................I could probably find 5 other people to trust but 50? I guess that is part of the reason earlier botnets were a lot smaller than these days?
