Watch tv channels online

I don't have a TV and I would like to either by one of these softwares like anyTV or register in a website with such capability to be able to watch TV channels online. Not expensive please.

I appreciate to know your suggestions. Have you used anyTV? Do you suggest softwares or websites? I'm really interested in CNN :D so please your suggestion include this channel as well :p

Also I have a 21" monitor so I'm interested in good qualities.
