Ok, tell us more about those ads? Are they from google or from other websites? Have you scanned your computer for malware, viruses and spyware? Btw. My chrome is clean with adblock.Quote:

Bad/poor/wrong graphic card drivers would affect everything the pc does.

Install the AD block
It is effective and free of cost
Once in the program, click the "Tools" gear-shaped icon in the browser window, select "Internet Options" from the drop-menu, open the "Privacy" tab and check the box next to "Turn on Pop-up Blocker" from the "Pop-up Blocker" heading. Click "OK" to active the pop-up blocker.
