how to: offline promotion

Hello, so I own a casino website [*], but I am having troubles with promoting. I want to promote it offline, but I am not sure if I should. Since its online casino, should I go and penetrate the offline segment or no? Its very difficult in online world, so I thought I could try offline (flyers, city lights, and others). Is it worth it?
What is your experience (if you have any).
