I'd say it is about 50/50 here the text doesn't move and you don't miss anything like you would in IRC due to the fact that the text is always moving up with every reply

It is but at a much slower pace at least here you can delete what you say not like in IRC once you hit enter is there untill you clear the screen or the next reply moves off of the screen
