umm...my dad has full coverage on total crash...LOL
this is kinda funny its a story lol...my dad is a trucker and he went off the highway all the way from cleveland to grand rapids in michigan and he comes off this highway and he was to heavy and he turned and his whole truck and his load just turned to the side lol...anyways, the point is that his insurance gave him money to buy a new one :) just bought it like a week ago and its even better one lol....so thats what we gonna do with the car,,,sell to insurance companies, then take a new and better car on credit and pay the down payment with the cash off the old car...its so simple lol

If you guys were gonna go to court to get the ticket off, then she wont hav to worry about insurance.

She was driving drunk. She should be sent to jail. Period. Anybody who helps her get off should also be sent to jail. Period. I watched two people get hit by a drunk driver who ran a red light. They drew their last breath right in front of me. Nightmares of that moment still haunt me, 10 years later. A friend of mine lost her father to a drunk driver. Drunk driving kills, and drunk drivers know it. They choose to drive a car knowing full well that they've been drinking and that they might kill someone. Either that or they're too stupid for that level of reasoning.

What if this girl had killed your sister? I'll bet you woudn't be wondering if you could have waited for her to sober up before calling the cops then.

Soule, I can see your point. My opinios is based only on statistics regarding drunk drivers. 40% of all fatal accidents are caused by alcohol, however only 1% of all drivers are intoxicated. That makes you 40 times more likely to kill someone when you drive drunk. (That's my interpretation of the stats, anyway.) However, I have not yet seen any statistics showing whether or not smoking pot or talking on a cell phone or speeding in parking lots has the same effect. Driving while exessively fatigued should be a crime too.

But let's follow that logic the other way. What about people who hit pedestrians when they get in the way? Maybe people should be allowed to drive on the sidewalk when the road gets too full. What about people who have drank too much and can't stand anymore? At least driving a car they're sitting down and won't fall. Surely you must agree that at some point, dangerous driving must be illegal.

But in general, I would think that doing *anything* while in control of a half ton block of steel moving at 60 miles an hour that endangers the life of others should be a federal offense. But where to draw the line? That's a good question.

I guess the difference with drunk driving is the education factor. Everybody knows what alcohol does to them behind the wheel of a car, unless they've been stuck under a rock for the last 20 years. But some people choose to drive this way anyway. When people intentionally make the choice to risk other people's lives more than necessary, they should be committing a crime.

We now have $45 for a CS server. I just founder a cheaper server to at www.thebbgn.com at $48 for a 16 player server. thebbgn.com seems more professional to.

So basically, we are there. :D

I'm just gonna wait a bit longer and see what everyone else says.

valhallen askded me to ask DH Anti FLag if we could use his server till we get our up, so i will ask him when he comes online. He owns the site www.clandh.com and also created the clan and runs the server. If we don't need him since we have enough money to lease our own i won't ask him. Reply please.
