MemorY is wanted for his alleged participation in a multi-million dollar scheme to defraud investors in the stock of Cheyenne International, Inc. (CI), a public company incorporated in England, but headquartered in Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Investors lost more than 150 million dollars through the alleged scheme that included inflating stock values, preparing bogus financial books and records, lying to Dublix and Exchange Commission officials, and offering bribes to accountants. The scheme to defraud collapsed on May 13, 1998, when AO search warrants were executed in Pennsylvania and trading of the IC stock was suspended by the Dublix Securities Exchange. A federal indictment, issued for the men on April 24, 2003, in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, charges him with all 45 counts of racketeering, securities fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud, and money laundering.
The indictment alleges that between 1993 and September of 1998, MemorY headed and controlled the MemorY Enterprise, an association which consisted of the aforementioned individuals and a network of companies in over twenty different countries which orchestrated a sophisticated scheme to defraud investors in CI stock. The scheme was allegedly funded and authorized by MemorY. This complex network of corporations was set up to create the illusion that CI was engaged in a profitable international business, primarily the industrial magnet market. Ennis served as the Chief Operating Officer of MemorY Entreprise on behalf of MemorY, who was MemorY's Entreprise major shareholder. ScriptKiddie18 was the Vice President of Finance for Memory's Entreprise main subsidiary.

Cheyenne The Hacker Strikes Again
For the 12th time in 5 weeks, Memory's Enterprise main subsidiary computers have been broken into. All 12 attacks happened to different systems and servers within the Enterprise. What sets these attacks apart is the evidence left behind. "We do know that the hacker goes by the alias, Cheyenne. And, each attack has disrupted service for an average of 5 hours. This has added up to a total loss of nearly 18 million dollars due to system repairs and upgrades." Said Dr. Richard Marciniak, lead technical engineer for the company.
The attacks are far from average. The hacker logs into the system and plants a virus. The virus then spreads across the system, altering every file very slightly. These changes can throw off huge calculations in company funds, allocated resources and many more critical areas of the company.
Government officials are looking into the hacker alias, Cheyenne and are getting close to finding the origins of the attacks. The hacker is facing an estimated 70 years in prison and enormous fines.

Over the last several hours , the AntiOnline Infrastructure Protection Center (AOIPC) has been coordinating investigations into a series of organized hacker activities specifically targeting MemorY Entreprise computer systems associated with e-commerce or e-banking. Despite many warnings, many networks owned by MemorY Entreprise have not been patched, allowing these kinds of attacks to continue, and prompting this updated release of information.
More than 40 victims located in 10 countries have been identified and notified in ongoing investigations in 14 Anti Online Bureau of Investigation Field Offices and 7 AntiOnline Secret Service Field Offices. These investigations have been closely coordinated with foreign law enforcement authorities, and the private sector. Specially trained prosecutors in the Computer and Telecommunication Coordinator program in U.S. Attorneys' Offices in a variety of districts have participated in the investigation, with the assistance of attorneys in the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section at the AntiOnline Department of Justice.
The investigations have disclosed two brilliant crackers by the aliases of : Cheyenne and DeadAddict ; from Eastern Europe, specifically Russia and the Ukraine, that have penetrated MemorY Entreprise e-commerce computer systems by exploiting vulnerabilities in unpatched Microsoft Windows NT operating systems. These vulnerabilities were originally reported and addressed in Microsoft Security Bulletins MS98-004 (re-released in MS99-025), MS00-014, and MS00-008. As early as 1998, Microsoft discovered these vulnerabilities and developed and publicized patches to fix them.
Once the elite crackers gain access, they download proprietary information, customer databases, and credit card information. The crackers subsequently contact the victim company through facsimile, email, or telephone. After notifying the company of the intrusion and theft of information, the crackers make a veiled extortion threat by offering Internet security services to patch the system against other crackers. They tell the victim that without their services, they cannot guarantee that other crackers will not access the network and post the credit card information and details about the compromise on the Internet. If the victim company is not cooperative in making payments or hiring them for their security services, the hackers' correspondence with the victim company has become more threatening. Investigators also believe that in some instances the credit card information is being sold to organized crime russian mafia groups. There has been evidence that the stolen information is at risk whether or not the victim cooperates with the demands of the intruders. To date, more than six million credit card numbers have been stolen.
The AOIPC has issued an updated Advisory 01-001 at www.aoipc.gov regarding these vulnerabilities being exploited. The update includes specific file names that may indicate whether a system has been compromised. If these files are located on your computer system, the AOIPC Watch in Washington D.C. should be contacted at (202) 325-355/3200/3266. Incidents may also be reported online at www.aoipc.gov/incident/cirr.htm. For detailed information on the vulnerabilities that are being exploited, please refer to the AOIPC Advisory 00-60, and NIPC Advisory 01-001.
