Well I'm sure we could agent steal, but to have a decent server that wouldn't have a lot of lag we would need a T1 line for a 20 player server.
A home broadband service is just to slow.
If I could get enough people who would help donate so we could afford another server for BF, then I would probably order another one, but untill we have about 5 people or so committed to paying then I'm not gonna bother with it.

Just depends on the distance and other factors.

Not really a whole lot of other factors, but I guess some of them would be
Distance, Fractional or whole T1, ISP's set up fee, equipment needed.

Hey Cheyenne are you sure a normal connection wouldn't be able to handle it. You can get a nice DSL or Cable connection in some areas for alot less.

How come you can have so many lines in the quote area ? When I have more then 4 lines it tells me that my message cant be displayed cause I exceed the limit or blah blah..
How do you do it ?
It is based on showing on your screen, not when you type it in. So let's say when you type it in it shows as 10 lines. If it shows when you post as less then 4 then it will show, really good reason to preview your sig.

The problem with residential service whiz is that you may have T1 + speed going down, but you don't have it going up. A server must be able to do at least 1mbps up to handle a game server.
