Why You Should Use JavaScript OR HTML :
First let's address the other arguments...
Active X: In this situation Active X controls would be overkill! Why would you use an Active X control just to imbed a Flash Movie.
Java: I have yet to see a piece of Java Code that allows embedding Flash movies... Not to mention, Java Applets can take a long time to load.
Now... Here is your solution...
I recommend that you embed the Flash Movie in a new page, and use one of the following techniques below to have it opened in a window on mouse click.
JavaScript Method:
Use this in combination with "onClick()"
window.open("flash1.html ","Flash Movie");
HTML Method:
Flash Movie
Why Is It A Goog Idea To Embed The Flash Movies In A Web Page
The reason I recommend embedding the Flash Movie in a web page is because the HTML Embed Code Flash generates for you is setup so if a person does not have the Flash Plugin it will prompt you to download one.

I'm not exactly sure the effect your going for...but what I can do is create a few very simple flash movies and create a test page for you. That way you can get the idea of what you'll be looking at. If you like, I'll make them and post them tommorrow afternoon.

Y don't u simply use a tool for theses things i mean try
Dreamweaver its quite excellent for such kind of works u can import or i mean add flash movies even Fireworks too in ur webpages quite easily. U can develop ur site via HTML in dreamweaver or u can also develop by simply using the tools buttons.
Another tool that i recommend ofr developing a website if u want database with ur site is
Drumbeat (for ASP 2000)
Quite an interesting tool for such works but keep in mind u have to register this software cause it will expire in 30 days and if im not mistaking it take more than 200 bucks for registering it .

Yeah, really all i wanted to do was put some movies on my page but i didnt want many pages for links , as i thought that might make it look a bit radge. So i was thinking about those pop up window/box's because they look quite smart on the nassa site.
Now i have done the added pages with just the flash on
so its fine, + it looks good in my opinion.
By the way, your site kicks ass KaKoKoOl ;)
